Hi Alayze, I love your writing about your eggs. You have included lots of detail and I feel like I could make the eggs from your instructions. In fact as a child I use to make eggs just like that but I called them toad in a hole. Why do you like your eggs this way? Do you have the yolk firm or runny? Keep up the awesome writing.
